114學年第一學期最晚申請學分抵修的期限展延至：2026/1/15下午17點前
每學期開學第二週之星期五為學生申請學分抵免之截止日。
需於當學期辦理離校之同學，若依本校公告之行事曆於期限內提出申請，本中心得以確保於學期結束前完成學分抵免程序。
未能於上述期限內完成申請者，最遲補繳期限為每學期第十五週之星期五；逾期仍未申請者，將無法於當學期完成學分抵免程序，請於次學期再行辦理離校事宜。
申請完成後，登錄作業約需 15 至 30 個工作天。請同學自行留意申請時程，並提早規劃。
*申請截止當日若遇國定假日或停班/課等不可抗力之因素，則提前一個工作日為截止日
The deadline for students to apply for credit exemption is Friday of the second week of each semester.
Students who are required to complete withdrawal procedures within the same semester and submit their applications in accordance with the academic calendar announced by NYCU may be assured that the credit exemption process will be completed before the end of the semester.
For those who fail to submit the application by the above deadline, the latest supplementary submission deadline is Friday of the fifteenth week of the semester. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be processed within the current semester, and students will be required to complete the withdrawal procedures in the following semester.
After submission, the registration process requires approximately 15 to 30 working days to be completed. Students are advised to pay attention to the application timeline and plan ahead.
*If the application deadline falls on a national holiday or is affected by unforeseen circumstances such as a suspension of work or classes, the deadline will be moved to the preceding working day.
